Orchard House is perfectly positioned for you to experience the very best of Cornwall with a host of destinations within easy reach. Embark on an adventure to Lands End or explore the charming towns of West Cornwall including Penzance and St Ives, all just over an hours drive away. The dramatic North Coast is close by with its sweeping sandy beaches, striking cliffs and the celebrated fishing villages of Port Isaac and Padstow waiting to be discovered.
If you feel like a scenic drive, the A39 Atlantic Highway leads North to the lively resort of Bude - also just over an hours journey - with access to picturesque places such as Tintagel, Boscastle and Crackington Haven. Alternatively head South to discover renowned attractions like the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan both around half an hour away. There's golf, walking and cycling galore and the South West Coastal Footpath

Luxurious Accommodation
Orchard House is large, spacious and detached, boasting a roomy, light-filled modern interior in a quiet area of Wadebridge.
Upstairs there are three attractive double bedrooms each featuring an ensuite shower room. These bedrooms can be arranged as twin or large double beds all furnished with quality duvets and crisp white "Egyptian Cotton" linen. The main bedroom also benefits from a private balcony with far reaching views over the town.
On the ground floor, guests will find a spacious lounge, a large fully fitted kitchen and a delightful Orangery style dining room. There is free table football and direct access to the private garden which is perfectly equiped for summer evening barbecues. Complimentary wi-fi is availabe throughout the property. The flexible rooms with twin or double beds make Orchard House suitable for friends and family or active groups perhaps on a golf or walking holiday.
Wadebridge sits at the centre of the renowned Camel Trail - an 18 mile off-road path perfect for families, walkers and cyclists. The trail runs towards Bodmin and Bodmin Moor in one direction, and alongside the Camel Estuary to Padstow the other. Suitable for all ages, bikes can be hired in town and there are regular bus connections from both Padstow and Bodmin, making it simple to plan a day out without the car.
We are within a few miles of the beautiful sandy beaches of Polzeath, Daymer Bay, Rock, Harlyn, Trevone, Constantine, Treyarnon and Porthcothan. For those with an interest in history the grand Cornish houses or Pencarrow, Prideaux Place and the National Trusts Lanhydrock House are all close by.
Orchard House is a short walk from the centre of Wadebridge, where you will find local independant shops, friendly pubs, a variety of restaurants, a Cinema and coffee shops serving delicious local cakes. Beside the River there's a large playing field with childrens play area and tennis courts, as well as cricket and bowling clubs a library and extensive Museum. For those wishing to keep active regardless of the weather, Wadebridge also offers a fully equipped leisure centre with an indoor swimming pool.
