The Perfect Cornish Holiday Location.
Orchard House is perfectly located to enjoy all that Cornwall has to offer all within easy reach!
Lands End and West of Cornwall including Penzance and St Ives is just over an hour by car. The North Coast with beautiful sandy beaches, the most dramatic cliffscape and the fishing ports of Port Isaac and Padstow are literally on your door step.
Taking the A39 Atlantic Highway north and the resort of Bude is also just over an hour away with Tintagel, Boscastle and Crackington Haven worth visiting on the way. The South Coast with world beating attractions such as the Eden Project and Heligan Gardens can be explored in half an hour.

The House
Orchard House is large, spacious, detached with a roomy, light, modern interior in a quiet area of Wadebridge.
Upstairs there are 3 delightful double bedrooms each with an ensuite shower room. The 3 bedrooms can be made up as twin beds or Super king and king featuring quality duvets and white "Egyptian Cotton" linen. The main bedroom has a private balcony with far reaching views over the town.
Downstairs there's a roomy lounge, large fully fitted kitchen, Orangery style dining room, free table football and access to the private garden with everything you need for summer night barbecues. As well free wi-fi throughout and Netflix televisions there is free parking on the drive and secure storage for bikes, boards and other sporting equipment.
Wadebridge is at the heart of the famous Camel Trail a family friendly 18 mile off road walking and cycling trail which heads to Bodmin and Bodmin Moor one way and aside the Camel Estuary to Padstow the other. There are regular buses from both Padstow and Bodmin and easy bike hire available in the town.
We are within a few miles of Padstow, Port Isaac, Tintagel, Boscastle, the clean sandy beaches of Polzeath, Daymer Bay, Rock, Harlyn, Trevone, Constantine, Treyarnon and Porthcothan and the grand Cornish houses or Pencarrow, Prideaux Place and the National Trusts Lanhydrock House are nearby.
The house is a short walk from the centre of Wadebridge where there are local independant shops, pubs, restaurants, a Cinema and coffee shops with local cake to enjoy. Aside the River there's a huge playing field with childrens play area, tennis courts and the cricket and bowling club. There's also a fully equipped leisure centre with indoor swimming pool.
