The Polzeath Bedroom.
The largest room situated at the front of the house, Polzeath is a delightful room and features a full length balcony with far reaching views across the town. The Polzeath room can be dressed as one super king size double or twin beds for singles or groups.
The large ensuite bathroom features a separate shower and bath with underfloor heating and heated towel rail.
In the room there is a roomy built in wardrobe, dressing table and mirror, bedside cabinets with bedside lights and a large chest of drawers. There is also a comfy seating area and smart TV with freeview and Netflix.
The Rock Bedroom.
Situated at the rear of the house, the Rock en-suite bedroom is roomy and spacious and features a lovely en-suite shower room complete with underfloor heating and heated towel rail. The beds can be either a super king double bed or two singles, again ideal for mixed group or single travelers.
Thr Rock bedroom has a sunny evening outlook over nearby gardens. The room contains a roomy walk in wardrobe, dressing table and stool, comfy seating area with side table and bedside tables complete with bedside lights.
The ensuite rooms enable you to have privacy in the house even though you and your family or group maybe sharing.
The Padstow Bedroom.
The Padstow Bedroom is a surprisingly spacious double room in the centre of the house. The beds can be made up as either two twin beds or a King size double, whichever suits your requirements. The en-suite shower room, complete with underfloor heating and heated towel rail offers privacy for the room occupants even though you may be sharing other areas.
The room has a built in wardrobe, dressing table with mirror, stool and drawers, bedside cabinets with bedside lights, extra sitting chairs and a Smart TV with Netflix and Freeview. The single beds are slightly smaller in this room at 2'6" - you might consider this the best room for smaller people or children.
The En-suite Bath and Shower Rooms.
Polzeath Bathroom
The Polzeath Bathroom features a full size bath as well as a separate step in power shower. The room is very bright and roomy with a feature obscured Velux window adding the room and space. The bathroom comes with white fluffy bath and hand towels (2 of each), white dressing robes and slippers, toiletries, flannels, shower caps, shoe shine, soap, bathmat and toilet rolls.
Padstow Ensuite
The Padstow en-suite shower room is a lovely bright room with ample space.The low step quadrant cubicle is thermosatically controlled for the perfect temperature. The shower room comes complete with white fluffy bath and hand towels (2 of each), fluffy white dressng robes, slippers, flannels, toiletries, shower caps, shoe shines, bathmat and toilet rolls.
Rock Ensuite
The Rock shower room, similar to Padstow but also features a Velux window with privacy glass. The low step in quadrant "power shower" is thermostatically controlled for the perfect temperature.The shower room comes with bath and hand towels (2 of each), fluffy bathrobes (2), slippers for 2, flannels, toiletries, showercaps, shoeshines, soap, bathmat and toilet rolls.
